shopping there store online was so much fun even for online shopping and if you like anime or lgbtqia+ even if your not part of it I'd suggested hot topic!!!

Oh, man, I did not expect the rating for Hot Topic to be so low. I don't know anything about a history of art theft but I can speak from my experience. So, all but one of my Hot Topic purchases, have been online. That's just because I live in the middle of nowhere. I couldn't tell you at this point how many orders I've made. I have never had a bad experience with them, not a single one. I'm plus size and they're inclusive to people of my size and have a lot of cool things to wear. Being able to find things I like in my size is something so wonderful. Nothing I've bought has come damaged and none of my stuff became damaged over time. I have jeans from high school that have held up. I've bought shoes, accessories, home stuff, and they've all been great.
I think people are way too hard on Hot Topic about them catering to more than one subculture now. And if they did in fact remove Marilyn Manson merch, as an ex-fan, it's because he's a horrible person. At least they care about who they're representing and making money off of.

I've had nothing but good experiences thus far. They are my go to for affordable alternative costume jewelry and the occasional clothing item. Their plus sized collection has grown which was one of my former concerns so now I can actually order things that fit my hips. I've ordered online and in store and haven't had any trouble with customer service.

Shipping was pretty decent came within 7 days I was worried it would take longer. Products were exactly how I expected. 5 stars I even made a second order.

To me hot Topic is good no bad thing so far tbh it’s been so awesome

My daughter loves Hot Topic and it's ok for me. I truly don't understand why give out coupons that you cannot use on anything. I believe coupons should be used on anything no matter the price or sale the item has. I may sound cheap but i am the type of person that is always looking for the better deal.

I see you guys are deleting comments now. Very dishonest. Silencing customers isn’t going to change the fact that your quality control has dropped drastically over the years. You pride yourselves in your tees, but don’t strive hard enough in maintaining consistency in the print, sizing, and construction of said tees. All of your clothing is this way. Please do better about this. Have your products actually match up to the sizing charts, and let sizing be the same across the site. A women’s XL should always fit like a women’s XL, not sometimes an XL, and other times a medium. Consistency. And if you insist on charging what you do for some of these items, let them not be paper thin and fall apart straight out of the package.

Love Hot Topic. Every order I have placed, has arrived quite quickly! Everything I ordered was is excellent condition. Packed very well for shipping.

I was calling customer service to see if they would help me change my address but they didn't help me.

I completely understand shipping is a bit more expensive living in Hawaii but charging $25.99 to ship a package using USPS first class is ridiculous. Packages shipped from other companies using first class shipping was mostly free with a certain limit or <$10. Not even the personal rate to ship a package using first class is close to $25.99. To add more salt, when inquired about it, I was told that "international shipping" takes a bit longer and comes with insurance even though Hawaii is 100% not international shipping

Ordering from Hot Topic is absolutely bs. I ordered a shirt two months ago, they charged my card two months AFTER I placed the order. When I placed the order it never said anything about actually charging the card once it shipped. So it overdrafted my bank. Which lead me to call customer service and the person I was talking too said he was going to get someone else to help me but HE JUST HUNG UP INSTEAD. Customer service is crappy and rather rude as well.

Ok personally Hot Topic has to be the best Online Store/ Store ever! I've had so many good experiences shopping there. They have a variety of band tees, also they have very good shipping, Whenever I ordered something it always came in on time, and it was good quality. Not to mention the chockers, and accessories look amazing.
